In our
modern machines we process parts ranging from 5 mm to 300 mm diameter and
length of up to 2000 mm. We are technically well-equipped to realise
transverse and longitudinal holes, grooves, broaching, gearings und back
machining.
We
operate machines with up to 4 axes. The maximum piece size is 700 x 700 x 450
mm.
We drill
micro-holes from 0,15 mm up to 3,0 mm.
We
offer different ways of indelible marking as well as marking with adhesive
labels. Furthermore, we are authorised by TÜV Rheinland to re-stamp the
workpieces.
We
are equipped for polishing, e-polishing, vibratory finishing, sandblasting and ceramic
bead blasting.
For heat and surface treatments we are in
cooperation with competent partners.
